Called on the phone and asked to come in for interview. Group interview with about 10 or so other people. Two or three managers and HR conducted the interview. They handed out papers with ideas and asked us to sell the ideas to the group. They chose two people to go on with the interview: the one whose idea everyone liked the best and the one who talked the most.

There was really only one task I got to, the one that involved the selling the idea scenario. The group interview was unexpected, I expected a one on one interview process.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.

Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
