Received a phone call to come in for an interview, which i was then Interviewed by the Department manager. She asked a few basic questions dealing with customer service and future goals with the company. Then there was a small portion of role play where I was the associate and she was the customer looking for a particular item. After that the store manager came in and asked a few questions about why I was applying for the position and what I thought about the pay. We negotiated a higher rate of pay and a guaranteed minimum of hours. I was then offered the position.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Selected candidates then participate in one or more interviews with the hiring team, which may include behavioral and role-specific questions. Final candidates may be asked to complete an assessment or meet with senior stakeholders before a hiring decision is made. Candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
