The interview was relatively easy. I met the whole team, including my supervisor, his boss, 5, other team members and HR. There were some general questions, and special questions about retail and analysis methodologies. A few questions were about programming. They were surprised to learn how much more I knew.

I contacted HR through LinkedIn message and attached my resume with it asking for open positions. Next day I was scheduled with initial interview with HR coordinator. Following hiring managers interview and next with HR business partner. The process went very formal and really quick compared to my experience with other retail organizations.
