I applied online, and about 2 weeks later I received a phone call from one of the managers requesting an interview. The interview itself was about 15 minutes. The only real question I was asked was "You've worked with people before, right?". The rest of the time was just the manager putting all my info into the HR system and us figuring out my schedule. Easiest interview ever.
