Was quick and easy questions and offered a job on the spot and I accepted it. The questions were just your basic questions; nothing stressful. I was taken to management after my interview and was offered the job by the store manager.
Group interview w/ scenarios about customer service situations. Answer questions about what you would do in a given situation, including how to de-escalate situations and solve problems. You will get a call back within a week if you got the position or not.

Entrevista
The interview process is very simple. Was hired on as a seasonal employee and was part of a group interview. Very relaxed interview, everyone was nice and on time. Was then interviewed by manager after the group interview.
The interview was conducted in a group setting. All the questions were pretty generic. The interview altogether was comfortable. I was offered a position the same day and started soon after.
