Next, phone interview set up with direct report within week. More detailed discussion of position; discussed my managerial style; correlation of training to sales increase. Face to face set up with DM. Discussed JCP as a viable company; responsibility of the position being offered. Second DM meeting set up--corporate HR seemed not to realize that already had a DM face to face.
