Got a call the very next day after filling an online application. The lady was very nice and asked why I wanted to work for J.C. Penney's. She also asked about my availability. She asked if I could interview the very next day. I went in for my interview and interviewed with her. She asked about my previous customer service experience. Then she mentioned a few scenario's and asked what I would do. Then she asked about my availability again. She then proceeded to tell me what the job consisted of and asked if I could handle it. Then she went on to tell me the store policies. She then talked about when training classes would begin and said welcome aboard you're hired!!
What would you do if a customer came up to you and mentioned they have been looking for a certain pair of pants for the past two weeks in a certain size and cannot find them?
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.

Pretty easy going, lasted about 20 minutes, Interview questions mixed with questions about scheduling and desired about of hours. Completed a tour and discussed the role, along with cross training
