I applied for a system engineer job several months ago, and I got a call all of a sudden saying my resume is shortlisted, and I need to attend the interview. I attended the interview. The interviewer didn't follow basic protocols while talking to a candidate. He didn't even ask whether I had any questions for him at the end of the interview. especially during pandemic people go through tough times, so please have some patience and empathy. The interviewer was trying to be over smart in front of candidates. Don't forget that you are just an employee like any other person in the world, you can be fired anytime. Learn first how to interview people. I felt like their process is broken.

Some questions related to my technology.. he just kept insisting me to tell answers when I told him that I have not worked on one this particular technology. If the candidate doesn't know the answer, move to the next one. It's unprofessional experience overall dealing with interviewer.
