I Applied in person at the office in Farmington hills, got a call within a week. Went to the interview, and she basically asked me about my previous experience (going over my resume). She asked what I didn't like about previous employers, asked if I had a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. She told me there were a few positions open, and that they give the resumes to the home managers to basically choose who they would like. I had two interviews with two different home managers within one week. I got the job at the second one and started working the next week. While working I also did my morc training.
