They unexpectedly shared quite a negative perspective on the role being discussed, emphasizing challenges and downsides, which gave an impression of dissatisfaction or potential issues within the team or the job itself. Lengthy, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. The HR process leaves a lot to be desired. The HR I interacted with didn't realize she hadn't ended our call, and proceeded to speak negatively about me to her colleagues about me. Just a poorly ran organization I'm glad I didn't work for.

Structured and transparent, interview process was quite fast, was kept informed. The interview gave feedback and HR actually answered the follow-up emails which was nice. The interviewers were also polite and friendly.
