Rigorous but entertaining, but at the same time very rewarding. Would do the interview again if I was asked to. There were multiple MD's in the room, and had multiple questions, but it was generally okay.

Explain how market makers profit from their business.
It was really interesting, all the time they leave open to you to be yourself and they focus complete on my manners and how expressive I'm on daily situations, but all the time i was pushed to express the best on me.
More behavioural. They asked 3 easy technical questions in each of the 2 interviews. It was fine, very quick and all over Zoom, each of them lasting around 30 minutes.
