I received an internship offer after participating in their code for good hackathon. You can think of their hackathon as a giant interview question, they have mentors going around who'll judge you on how you do. My mentor thought I was pretty okay so she mentioned me to HR.

It was a very smooth process arranged by the campus recruiter, first round was video interview and code vue, followed by a two hour individual last stage interview that included both behavioural and technical questions.
