Interviewer was late, didn’t know the details of the role, didn’t know anything about my background, like they’ve never seen my resume before. They were generally unprepared, and I ended up asking most of the questions to figure out what the role would entail.

I had an assessment centre composed of 3 interviews with case study and presentation and then 2 final rounds. The final rounds are with seniors from the desks that interview you.
The arrangement was smooth and the interview was conducted through video conferencing. The interview lasted around fourty five minutes. The questions were largely in line with what you would expect for a similar role elsewhere.
