I applied online, completed first an attitude test and then the numerical test. I received an answer after two weeks and went to London for the competency based interview. The process consisted of two 1:1 interviews, each one 45 minutes long, with people from different divisions. The questions where mainly about my interests, my motivation and my understanding of the role.

Need to record a video interview before they review anything. There is no deadline for submission. The interview was surprisingly standard and short. Half minutes to prepare and 2 mins to record.
