Process took one month, each step took about a week.. Three rounds of interviews - 1 phone, 2 in person. Each round of in-person interviews were with multiple people, interviewing them individually. I assume this varies a lot depending on the department and team. One week in between each = (Application Phone + In Person + In Person + Offer) = 4 weeks. Overall it was a smooth process. HR is very responsive and excel in communication. The interview questions were a mix of talking about yourself as a person, going through your previous resume, and learning about what you can bring to the team as well as learning about the team you will be on. Few technical questions, but nothing was rocket science. Nothing that you cannot answer on the spot. Know how to sell yourself, have confidence in your skills, and be relatable.
