easy met with store director. had a 40 minute interview very easy to handle. Was notified of offer relatively fast . new the store manager so the interview pretty easy for me. don't over ask on your pay but just make it a competitive rate

Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.

Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.
