The overall interview process was very laidback. The manager took me to the starbucks in the Mall, as this J.Crew location hadn't been build, yet. I could definitely tell that he tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He went through my resume, asking about my experience, etc and why I wanted to work for J.Crew. The interview process was positive.
