Applied online and received a very enthusiastic email shortly after. HR and the hiring manager wanted to set up interviews very quickly and with little notice, which I accommodated. Interviews were pretty casual, not a lot of technical questions. Interviewed with hiring manager, two team members, and several HR emails. Then mid-conversation, nothing. Completely ghosted. Emails for update requests have gone unanswered. Would have rated positive if I had received even a Dear John email, but it's very unprofessional to completely ghost a candidate.
