My experience included a phone interview with HR; virtual interview with Hiring Manager; a presentation exercise followed by video panel with key stakeholders and a few final short 1:1 interviews. Finally, a second round of 30 minute video meets with key stakeholders. The talent team are helpful and communicative throughout the process. The team considered providing breaks but also not leaving me alone in a virtual room. Consideration was given to my preferred names and pronouns. Pre-boarding was simple and efficient!
