Company offered me to take a skills test, which I accomplished. After that was the interview. They really take the time to really get to know me, the applicant. They also gave me feedback on my skills test, which was very important for me. However, they did not give update after the interview. For future interviews, it would be best to notify the applicant if they have decided to go with another candidate. Trust that going for another candidate will be much understood by the applicant.
