      This was the most bizarre and horrible interview experience I've ever had. Rachel, the company's founder interviewed me. She was friendly, and the interview went very well. We got along so well that she suggested having an after-work drink and showing me around their office. In the meantime, they sent a nearly two hours test to me, which Rachel said, "It's just the procedure. Not a big deal for us, actually." The way she talked to me was giving every clue possible that she was already seriously considering recruiting me. Especially when she invited me to the office and drinks later. When I texted her on the day to remind our meeting, Rachel said that she forgot our meeting and we rescheduled. And the second time she didn't say anything and when I went there I couldn't find their entrance. I asked her how to get in and she said she forgot our meeting again and cut it just like that. I spent a great amount of my time twice, to meet her. She didn't reschedule the meeting, I also didn't hear any feedback about the test which took me two hours to complete on a Saturday. Well, as PR professionals, they should know better how to communicate and protect their image.
