Two and a half month ago I gave interview and clear all rounds but no offer coz of CTC. Before even set up the interview I clear my expectations. I just 30 percent hike and they can't afford that too. Currently, company recruiter caller me to discuss and opening. I told I already clear the interview. Then he insisted me to come for a final round once again for different team. I clearly told them that I need 30 percent hike. And he confirmed the same. After clear that round, it's been 3 weeks, I still wait for the offer. I contact 4-5 HR but all were liers. Don't go to attend this company interview. They promised everything before you go. Then they won't call you ever. Unprofessional and unethical. Disgusting company and disgusting behavior from HR person. Don't know how this company get CMMI Level 5 tag. It behaves like a local road company.

It was a smooth process, bit lengthy but nice experience. 1st round was conducted by a 3rd party. Basically it covered all the major topics of advanced C++. 3 rounds were by Clients and 1 managerial discussion.
