The first round is HR interview. This round is easy and the interviewer is kind and friendly. The second round is technical interview, which interviewer would ask you questions about the post.
Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

If selected, you’ll have a casual, informal chat with someone from the Talent or HR team (via Teams or in-person), lasting around an hour.
A recruiting or talent team member reviews your application. You’ll be contacted to let you know if you're shortlisted.
Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
