An email in acknowledging the received application was sent with the request for taking a typing speed test and submitting results as soon as possible.
Then they contacted to confirm time for a phone interview.
This was then followed by an in-person interview and various skills were tested on the same day.

Interview confirmed and held within a few days. Email on success also received within a few days. Then no communication. Only periodic emails to confirm is they can keep my profile in talent pool. Not a good experience.

The survey was done using an electronic tab that has set of open and closed ended questionnaires. They go door to door asking lengthy questions. They ensure to make known of the respondent data privacy.
