I was contacted by an HR representative and asked a series of questions about my past experience, it was one of those endless pre-screening interviews most jobs seem to have these days. I answered all of the questions and displayed that I met or exceeded all the qualifications and I got a positive response and was told I would be recontacted by the end of the week. Ipsos immediately started to ghost me and ignored my emails asking for updates or the status of my application. Ultimately it was over a month since the initial interview when they finally got back to me and told me they weren't moving forward with my candidacy. As a general rule I find ghosting to be extremely unprofessional and inexcusable behavior, it would have taken 5 minutes or less to send a simple email within a week or two of the interview and told me I didn't get the position or that they were still deciding. Given that the position was reposted shortly after, I am unsure if there was even a real job in the first place or if its some sort of fishing expedition.

Had 4 rounds of interview - first was telephonic hr round where they just asked about the current job and profile. Second one was technical video interview with the potential super boss - he was very polite and immediately made me feel at ease. Asked me some questions on previous work experience. He sent over a powerpoint deck with data tables (without analysis, summary, reccos) at the end of the interview and asked me to analyse, create a summary, reccos and a story, and present to him in a week's time. The 3rd round was the presentation round and he grilled me on the presentation (like a client would). I enjoyed the process - the questions asked were very valid and only a good researcher with experience could answer them.
