The interview was quite easy as they ask mostly questions on experience in data collection. The person who interviewed me was very friendly and kept trying to find a common ground with me while I was doing the interview
Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
