30 mins of HR interview (Senior HR manager), 1.5h written test that includes multiple short questions, problem solution questions, logical questions and email-writing questions, and aptitiude test, not skilful but it requires strong critical thinking and independent thinking

The interview was fair. Though I had prepared for a competency test but unfortunately it was more of general conversation asking questions about my background and my country. It felt as though I was not being interviewed for the job I applied for rather the interviewer was more focused on my background from a developing country
