Unnecessarily extensive interview process, 10 rounds of interview (45 minutes each). Everybody will ask you every single detail on your resume, about your skillset, your knowledge and decision making for continuous 45 minutes. If a company requires 10 people to make a decision, seems a little too complicated. I heard from the recruiter it went really well for them and they loved my profile but they need to hire someone more experienced (which they couldn't figure out from my resume screening, initial interview and all). It was a good experience talking with the hiring manager and some interviewers but It felt exhausting.
