The first phase was a Test Gorilla English assessment to assess English communication skills and comprehension skills. The second phase was an SFT assessment via Google Forms to provide a chain-of-thought explanation for provided answers.

The entire process was done without meeting a person. There was a test gorilla c2 English and Critical thinking stage; there was also a stage where I was tested by being asked to provide prompts and responses that satisfy conditions considered when training an AI

The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
