This company literally is slow at decision making and only sends out interview after position has been occupied and deleted from their platform. Their response is bad and feedback is slow and I think they are bias.

The entire process was done without meeting a person. There was a test gorilla c2 English and Critical thinking stage; there was also a stage where I was tested by being asked to provide prompts and responses that satisfy conditions considered when training an AI

The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
