They have very bad interview process. They will ask you to introduce yourself. Then they will ask your work experience and then current salary and expected salary and notice period for joining. When they ask about salary if you expect better salary then they will look suspiciously as they cannot afford to give you good salary. If you are experienced they will ask about your targets several times until you get angry and leave the interview. They might give you a desktop system to source from naukri or monster job portals.
