First round is with the HR. Very simple questions. Second round with hiring manager which is key. And last round with business stakeholders to make sure the person can work along with other teams. The process was fairly quick.

Prepare concise examples of past projects that illustrate your impact.
Senior Designer Interview:
Have a well-organized Figma file ready to present and discuss.
Be prepared to explain design decisions and tools in detail.
HR Interview:
Highlight your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Research the company’s mission and values to align your responses.
Phone call followed by online interview. Phone call was with a recruiter and was very brief. Online interview was more detailed. Was interested in the position but the company took a long time in between rounds to get back to me so I chose another position.
