Applied on careesr website. with in 10 days, i was invited for onsite interview. Panel did not know how to interview candidates, there were hardly any questions to test candidate's potentials. Seems they have less budget for the role. If they ask the candidates via a telephone about the salary expectations, they will surely save hours of time for many candidates, for them selfs and precious HR (who are nothing but Kinder Garden kids)
