It is totally a nightmare for me. I applied online and the HR messaged and called me after 1 day. 1st round: HR interview. *HR is not professional with some random questions. It took around 45 mins. After that, he asked me to do 3 written tests which he did not mention in the phone call. 2nd: 3 written tests I understood why they want to know the marketing and sales skill, but they required you to do a written test related to customer services. I tried to finish it asap but it still took me 45 mins. 3rd: 1 more written test in Chinese During working on the written test, a guy just came in and gave me another test in Chinese. 4 written tests in total. 4th: Interview in Chinese After I completed all the written tests, HR just asked me to wait for 2nd round interview with a Chinese guy. it focused on scenario questions and took about 30 mins I guess. 5th: Interview with the owner After the above process, I thought I can finally leave but that guy said: "Our boss wants to interview you as well". so I stayed for 20 mins. The guy asked me to do the DESIGN work because I was nothing to do except wait for their boss! Finally, I said I have to leave because they didn't respect my time at all. And their boss eventually showed up at 7:30 pm when he knew that I wanted to leave after I was waiting for 20 mins or more. It was the more terrible experience I ever had in my life. NO respect. NO time management. They treated you like a slave during the interview already.
