Vier Gespräche. Erst HR, dann zwei Team Leads und dann GF. Jeweils ca. 1- 1.5 Stunden. Die Gespräche waren gut strukturiert, man hatte eine Calling-Case Study und die Aufgaben wurden erklärt.

Ob ich mir die erst recht monotonen Aufgaben (bis es zum Projekt kommt) vorstellen kann.
Around 4 rounds total. Overall, it was a very smooth and well-organized interview process with clear communication and quick feedback provided after each stage. Expect to do some cold calling simulations throughout the interview process, both virtually and in-person.

Entrevista
I first had a short interview with HR via the phone, followed by an intense session via Microsoft Teams with a BDM. The 3rd interview is planned in person and in the office.
