First interview was with the support team manager. She was very cordial and made me feel at ease and able to be candid.
Second interview was with the team members. They were very easy going and had some good questions that made me think.
Third interview was with the Director of support and it went very well, I was able to provide more insight into how I provide support to team members and customer alike.
