I was approached online by an HR professional from Intuitive. We scheduled a first video interview, which went very well. They then rapidly contacted me to schedule a second video interview. The interview was scheduled for the next day as they wanted to move fast. The interview was ok but it was more a "get to know each other" type of conversation than an real interview. They told me they would call be back with feedback in maximum 2 weeks' time. I waited, and waited, and waited. I followed up with HR after 3 weeks and it took then 2 weeks to come back to me with... no actual feedback... just saying they were still screening candidates and will get back to me in 2 weeks. I waited, and waited... until I stopped waiting... Who would want to work for a company who treates candidates with so little respect. It has been several months now and I never received any feedback from them. I saw on social media that the position has been filled months ago.

I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter. We had an initial interview by video conference with the recruiter, which went very well. The recruiter then invited me to attend a second interview, by VC as well, with the hiring manager. The interview did not go bad but it felt strange as it seemed more like a casual conversation than an interview. They promised feedback within 10 days. I waited 2 weeks and then followed up with the recruiter to get an update. It took another 2 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me only to let me know that they were still interviewing other candidates and would get back to me within a week. I never heard from them again and I did not even follow up again because at that point I had lost interest.
