Just did the first screening interview. The interviewer was very blunt and direct, immediately jumping into the company's interview process, which is as follows:
(1) short 30-minute screening interview;
(2) one hour technical interview;
(3) half a dozen interviews with other coworkers/team members;
(4) and offer letter/decision.
I was asked to present or explain examples of my work that show my technical proficiency in the relevant areas.
