Interviews: + HR/behavioral phone (recruiter) + 2x technical phone (hiring managers) + On-site (7 separate interviews) The on-site interview started highly technical, then 2 interviews that focused on previous experiences that were mildly technical, lunch interview with the project lead, another highly technical interview, and two more that were focused more on previous experience/side projects. Overall, the experience was great! Everyone was responsive, very interested in the work they do and the mission of the company. After the first technical phone interview, they didn't make a decision to bring me down for about a week, but called me to let me know they were still thinking about it (so I wouldn't need to worry over the weekend); very thoughtful! They also were willing to bring me on-site with short notice when under pressure from a different offer (in fact, the on-site interview was on Jan 2, and everyone actually showed up, also very impressive).
