Phone interview then onsite interview. I interviewed with a few members of the department I was applying for. Interview was great they asked great questions and were very willing to answer mine

It was an efficient process. I had an initial screening with a recruiter then 4 calls with the hiring manager, his direct reports, and his directors. It was overall a behavioral interview process and had no technical questions.
Very thorough and insightful. Lots to think about and asked a lot of deep questions. Be prepared to talk about your work and your experiences. The interviewers were really friendly and kept things light.
