I received this interview from alumni referral. The first round is a phone interview. Most of the questions are concerned about my experiences on my resume. The 2nd round interview happened one week later; I was interviewed by one manager, one HR, and the first round interviewer for 1.5 hours. Questions in the interview were pretty flexible and would test your understanding of certain technical knowledge.

It was an efficient process. I had an initial screening with a recruiter then 4 calls with the hiring manager, his direct reports, and his directors. It was overall a behavioral interview process and had no technical questions.
Very thorough and insightful. Lots to think about and asked a lot of deep questions. Be prepared to talk about your work and your experiences. The interviewers were really friendly and kept things light.
