A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for an initial phone screen. Then :30min virtual zoom interview with VP of Brand Management. Followed by a :30min virtual zoom interview with another Brand Manager that was more of a cultural fit type interview. Smoothest, most refreshing & natural interview I've ever had. Then a quick :15min zoom call with VP to introduce the Case Study and as much time as I needed to complete the case. I completed the case in about a day then scheduled :45mins with VP to take him through my case study which was more of a discussion of my thoughts/findings, pretty informal. Final interview was with the CEO/founder who sealed the deal that I wanted to work for this company -- truly one of the most intelligent and inspiring people I have ever met!
