Once my resume was screened, I was asked to set up just a quick introduction call with HR staff in the next 1 or 2 days. Despite immediately responding to that email, I never received a response so I followed up the next day. Still no response. I thought they needed to do this ASAP? Followed up a third time and this time cc'ing (what I believed to be) their manager I finally got a response. It was bizarre. I have never had to track down someone like that after they said they wanted to schedule me for an interview. After that call finally occurred, they sent me to an online portal to record answers to typically interview questions.
