Despite the overall opinion about the company is positive, the interview process is not smooth and transparent.
I applied for an account executive role twice.
The first time I reached the final step and I wasn't successful. The second time I only had a call with the Hiring Manager who talked for the 95% of the time. I didn't hear from them on that occasion.
2 or 3 months later, the same Internal Recruiter contacted me to ask if I could be interested into a role.. I told him I was still waiting for a response about my last application.
Below are common steps of the interview process in Intraalinks. It's not difficult to prepare.
1. AE: General Questions

3. Head of LoB: Depending on past interview evaluations
1) Phone Screen

3)On-site panel interviews
Met with a bunch of members of potential team that you are looking to join. Team is all very helpful and nice. Most behavioral questions.

There is a role play and prospects list ppt preparation for 2nd or 3 rd interview. The role play is a friendly one, not a tough one. One should present soft sales skills to make them feel qualifies.
