Interview process was too long and salary was very less. Environment is good, employees have friendly nature. Transport facility is there for night shifts and this role is based on night shift

IntouchCX’s hiring process is a complete mess. After clearing all interview rounds and getting a confirmed joining date, I showed up only to be told that they couldn't hire me due to 'miscommunication.' There’s no clear process, and multiple HR representatives didn’t respond properly or take any responsibility. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable—stay away from this company.
