I was reached out by a recruiter for an APM role. But there were several red flags - 1. They first said its a 20+LPA role and then denied it later. 2. 1st interview with the VP - Got to know its a Curriculum Manager role and not APM role. 3. Take home assignment - Design a 100-hour curriculum with budget and everything within 3 days. 4. Didn't get an interview after it to even discuss about the assignment. I read a review about IK before that they take these interviews to get new ideas and its a Scam!

Online Interview over Google Meet. Unprepared Interviewer who didn't even know if I was a working professional or a college student. The interview duration was 1 hour. This company is very insecure about the over-priced products they sell to customers in the US and most of the interview was cross-questioning that I won't use these products for getting job for myself .

Very bad experience! HR called me on phone first. I was told that I got shortlisted for the next interview process and that he will be sending me the job description on Email. After few days I didn't receive any such email from the company i called the HR again and reminded him He goes on and scolds me that I should have reminded him earlier He was very rude and unprofessional in call. I still went ahead and shared my CV with him he even read my email but didn't replied and I have not received any response Yet. Honestly it was a very bad experience for me.
