The HR conducting the interview is very insensitive and disrespectful. The same goes for the hiring manager that conducted the next interview afterwards. He has low disregards for people with whom he has a different point of view on certain issues. They both don't know how to listen first and keeps on butting in.

Average interview, 2 people sat in, the interviewer and another more senior lab analyst who also asked some questions. had a tour of the lab and had to complete a pipetting exercise.
