I got ghosted after the in office interview. They did not even have the decency to answer any of my calls or emails. No hiring company should ever do this. Ghosting is rude! Disappearing without any kind of response is simply unprofessional and disrespectful. Respect is free and everyone deserves it. In the end, I am glad I never got the job offer perhaps it was a blessing in disguise.
