Telephone call from owner of company. He personally handled the interviewing and hiring. He called and asked it I was interested in coming to Intero. He had just hired someone from my area that I would be working with which was a plus and he gave me detailed information on his goals for hiring and for the growth of the company. I was impressed with what he had to say and his vision for the future of the company.
