The selection process began with an initial idea pitch, followed by an AI-conducted virtual interview. After successfully clearing that round, I was selected as one of the top 10 candidates for the final face-to-face interview with the Internshala team. The interview went exceptionally well and primarily focused on a deep dive into the idea I had initially pitched.
The interview process at Internshala involves application review, initial screening, a technical assessment, panel and HR interviews, and concludes with an offer and onboarding for successful candidates.
Each stage of the process is designed to ensure that the candidate is a good fit for both the role and the company culture at Internshala.
